Not always and will go weeks being ok but sometimes I get lightheaded almost like I am drugged when I bend my head down.  Is this a chronic virus?   Twice this year I had what I describe as an attack when I would lose balance for a few seconds. Dehydration?

  1. Hi Richard. Glad it doesn’t happen often. If you have not had a general physical and some basic blood work recently, you should. Just makes sense to get a blood count to check for anemia, glucose to check for diabetes, other basics. Probably not viral, balance issues can come and go. Dehydration is possible, but you should know that by history and circumstance. Sounds like you just need a good general evaluation.
